“IPHAR” Ltd. is one of the leading Russian companies on drugs development. It was established in 2004 with the support of Development Assistance. It was included by the Ministry of Health in federal list of organizations, carrying out pre-clinical studies. Since 2013 – accredited center for communities Skolkovo.
The company is headed by pharmacologist professor MD Khazanov V. A., who has worked with more then 200 medications. The company has a team of specialists in various areas of drug development, altogether – about 100 members, including 6 Doctors of Science and 12 Candidates of Science.

- Pharmaceutical development of drugs, including development of technology for production of substances and dosage forms, quality control methods, normative documents, dossier for registration of medicines
- Pre-clinical studies of medicines (specific activity in vitro and in vivo, general toxicity, specific types of toxicity, pharmacokinetics)
Clinical drug research (obtaining permission to conduct research, research of generic’s bioequivalence and therapeutic equivalence, clinical studies of I, II, III phases of original medicines).
